Blink Once Moor

Updated: Apr 8, 2021

My family’s roots started in Sacramento. My mother’s mother my grandmother is from there. In 1936 a wheelchair veteran killed her mother leaving her to mother two small infants at sixteen. Since I moved to California 16 years ago a very close friend was murdered. He was a painter growing his own cannabis and was murdered for his crop. My son was home schooled to avoid the criminal lifestyle that dominants the East Bay. His next door neighbor best friend who went to school was murdered after being a school menace. He was murdered at a party that didn’t like he had a career opportunity at Google. To me my perspective I’m counting murders that is a clear indication of extinction being conducted. I hope any reader can process my active engagement and process why I think it is mandator.y.

Quite simply this website needs a closing entry. This website was designed to address the fact that black people’s lives are not valued while we are alive. We are being casually murdered and there is a value being placed upon good European life that is approximately around $50,000. I didn’t expect that I would have to make endless adjustments to this website because of the William Byron Rumford Sr. bronze. The man’s life is very clear that he was about actual black people having a future. I don’t believe City’s Art officials even understand what the plaque says because it states openly the man believed in free movement for people... the placement meaning the usage that is suppose to mean something.

I have tried not to address the actual sculpture too much because everything is wrong. I tried to simple suggest a pedestal would be a worthy investment if the City actually cared. But the truth is this sculpture to a cognitive artist is a real eye sore. If that piece wasn’t in the crosswalk everyone would notice everything that is wrong. The statue is in the crosswalk so no one really stops and really absorbs a thing. There isn’t enough time or distance to glance the shortcomings unless one has an actual professional eye. The biggest rule this statue breaks in the field of Sculpture is the first one that it actually looks like a stiff flat two by four.

This website has a very subtle factor that art is being exploited under the guise of contests. There other variable is second career posers. This means that people are seeing easy money leaving their primary career and creating a new second career using art. This is problematic if being rich are the only artists selected. Specifically here there is incredible synchronicity because the the West Virginia Art Council expanded there awards and gave a second prize to a Carolyn Moore with mask titled Staying Alive. Now if this Berkeley Art Council took their art serious in 2020 we would have great pictures and be able to discern each mask. Unfortunately, we won’t ever know if this second place winner is real or a lie. What are the odds that another Carolyn Moore would enter this contest naming a mask like a John Travolta Hustle dance move opposite of my mask’s title. If any look at the pictured top winner it is quite a shame that they have no idea about their online presence. The Universe is sublime so it is also possible there were two Carolyn Moore’s entries. The simplest

question is: why isn’t that irony clearly visible for any to discern?

Personally, I find it bizarre that the local Berkeley Civic Arts Commission has a visible typo on their website in there mission statement (notice an extra blank space before fully) and feel the power to exert correctness when they obviously do not care about any meanings not even their own presentation of actions. This group just removed their $100,000.00 art contest piece that was on the highway. There is no way anyone has the capacity to discern a thing I do. If any actually had taken the time to think and reflect the outcomes would be very different. I can’t even fathom making real art because the intelligence is really low and comfortable operating open unaccountable neglect. Hopefully, this helps explain the chaos that is presented herein. And I encourage any reader to find the other websites because each one holds a piece that connects diagramming a much larger picture.
