FYI: District 3 where this Rumford Landmark statue sits houses: 2022 serial rapist, Meth Lab Mafia, Murders and it protects Alumni Slum-Lords who make money in town but don't live in it. I'm sure there is more to be added to this "dirty" Congresswoman Barbara Lee's laundry list.
